About the local hosting organization

Pestales Agricultural Cooperative (PAC) aims to provide sustainable livelihoods and establish a social agri-enterprise for community stability and growth. It implements projects like an ATI learning site, a TESDA-accredited farm school for Organic Agriculture, the Braveheart Farm organic hub, and agri-processing initiatives, while also supporting small organic farmers and fisher folk associations in the province.

Presentation of the program

● Assist with organic fertilizer production, livestock development farming,
harvesting, market sales, mushroom production,
● Assist development of advocacy materials and social media presence
● Support hospitality services with the farm guests and visitors.

Requirements

● Flexible, open-minded, and able to deal with local life situations.
● Strong interests in farming and agriculture,
● Willing to learn and be taught and ready to accept varied tasks.
● Innovative, competent, team player, and with Sense of Community.
