Subir al Sur, founded in 2006, is an Argentinian NGO, promoting peace and intercultural education through voluntary service. Subir al Sur organises work camps as well as mid and long-term individual volunteering projects (including EVS), and is a member of CCIVS, the Alliance of European Voluntary Service Organisations, and a former member of Youth Action for Peace. In summer 2012, merged with the Fundación SES, a NGO founded in 1998, promoting and developing different strategies that strive for the inclusion of teenager and youngsters with fewer opportunities. The four main focus areas are: Education, Employment, Youth-Centred Activities, and Networking and Alliances. Subir al Sur became a member of ICYE in 2017.

Engranajes is a Civil Association which seeks that children,
adolescents, young people and adults shape their life project through
art and strengthen values such as solidarity, civic participation and
social responsability for their environment. As a part of its proposal,
they carry out music, visual arts, theateer, dance and photography
workshops for youth, trying to promote inclusion through the art. They
also empower adolescents and young people by generating many
discussions and youth participation spaces to talk about their rights.
Engranajes offers different proposal to the community as:
- Artistic shows, plays and events for families
- Art workshops
- School support
- Provide free meals for children living in a vulnerable situation

-Support in daily activities.
-Collaborate to prepare and deliver food to the children.
-Support with materials and supplies needed for the workshops.
-Plan and carry-out recreational and educational activities
for children and youth.
In general, the task of the volunteers consists in collaborating with
the project activities and accompanying the young people who
participate in them.

The project is located in the urban area of the district of San Isidro, 27 km from the city of Buenos Aires, in the Province of Buenos Aires. Its population is approximately 307,165 inhabitants. The population of Bajo Boulogne is clearly urban and is divided into:
a) humble population that lives below poverty levels and that in recent years has suffered serious economic problems and job loss (in-situ migration) and indigent population.
