Presentation of the program
Are you passionate about working with children and want to be part of an international team dedicated to bringing positive change to the local community? This is your chance to make a difference! This summer, A4ACTION is organizing the A4ACTION Summer School, where we will create a space for learning and play for children, combining non-formal education with recreational activities.
As part of the summer school program, volunteers will:
- Plan and lead non-formal activities
- Develop activity plans to ensure each session is well-organized;
- Handle administrative tasks;
About the accommodation
Transport costs (for travel to and from Romania) will be reimbursed according to the distance band and ESC guidelines. Pocket and food money will be provided in line with the ESC guidelines. Accommodation will be shared with other volunteers. Medical insurance for the entire duration of the volunteering period will be provided through the Henner Insurance Plan.
About the leisure
The volunteers will take part in short workshops and training sessions on various topics, including non-formal education, working with children, facilitation, and more, to help them effectively carry out their activities. All activities will be based on non-formal education methods.
