The project “Agents of Change: Creating environmental & social impact in the European Society” aims to transform young people into agents of change for the Greek and the European society by undertaking, important for the European local communities, initiatives and actions through their active participation in the KEAN Web Radio. Its main goal is to involve young people in different projects, events and activities that KEAN organizes for the support of vulnerable social groups such as migrants, refugees,NEETs,women etc. as well as for the protection of the environment. The volunteer will stay in a shared fully equipped apartment in the center of the city of Athens which meets the required standards of hygiene and safety and has all the necessary equipment (home appliances, furniture, heating, household appliances, sheets, blankets etc.), it provides easy access to the public transportation and has access to the Internet, in order to promote and facilitate the communication of the volunteer with both their family and our organization.

About the leisure

At the same time, the organisations participating in the initiative devote a great deal of time, energy and resources to set up a high-quality activity; they should therefore expect that European Solidarity Corps participants show a similar level of respect for the local communities and the people that are directly concerned by the activities (https://youth.europa.eu/solidarity/mission_en).
