About the local hosting organization
The Town Hall of Lannion which counts 20.000 citizens is a public organism. Within the Town Hall of Lannion there are several departments including : administrative service (birth, marriage certificate...), Child and Youth services (nurseries, day care centre...), Sport service (sport clubs, insfrastructures...), Culture (media library, cultural events...), Social measures (financial, retirement home...)
Presentation of the program
Within our primary school and high school, the candidate will support the students and the teaching teams by mixing creativity, arts and culture. We are looking for someone who is motivated to work with and for young people (aged 8 to 20 years), and who is willing to immerse themselves in a new culture. Ideally, the candidate should be familiar with animation and workshop organisation and would have a good level in French language..
-Support of students (high school) or teachers (primary) in the creation of workshop
-Initiation and improvement in French/English
-Discovery of French culture

About the accommodation
A city renowned for its high technology and strong cultural identity, Lannion offers an environment conducive to study and entertainment. Lannion is a very dynamic city 10 minutes from the sea and Perros-Guirec.
Conditions: lunch and dinner offered during the school week; French language support all week long; Flat sharing with 3 other European volunteers; Shared office with other European volunteers; Gratuity at the end of each month to help with living expenses; During school holidays, one week working with Youth Departement of Lannion; Electric bike during the duration of the offer

The Participant profile: We are looking for someone who is motivated to work with and for young people (aged 8 to 20 years), and who is willing to immerse themselves in a new culture.
Ideally, the candidate should be familiar with animation and workshop organisation and have some basic knowledge of French language.
