Presentation of the program
The Youth Education Center of Lower Franconia is an educational institution focused on anti-racist migration education. It supports schools, youth groups, adults and social institutions in developing discrimination-sensitive and inclusive practices. Through trainings, seminars, and international exchange programs, the center promotes intercultural competence, civil courage, and critical reflection on racism, migration, and social inequality. As part of European youth networks and international cooperation projects, it creates spaces for learning and dialogue in diverse societies
About the accommodation
The volunteer will receive: room in a flat in Würzburg, pocket money, food money, German language course, monthly ticket for the local transport, insurance, reimbursement of the international travel costs (two ways), pedagogical, organizational and personal support.

About the leisure
Training: ESC-seminars (on arrival and mid-term), the volunteer Volunteers can take part in the organisation’s educational programmes, depending on their interests and resources. German Course will be organised.
Requirements
The Participant profile: The person should be interested in the organisation’s work and keen to come up with their own ideas. If you’d like to work with schoolchildren in an extracurricular setting or in informal education, that’s brilliant – we’ll be able to put your skills in social media and graphic design to good use.
