Presentation of the program
This activity aims to promote new environmental (but also social and economic) sustainability starting from critical reflection on food consumption. Thanks to food education workshops designed from the bottom up, for everyone, the aim is to develop a new culture of food sustainability that avoids consumerism and waste; this volunteering activity could also support the organization of an innovative civic food network that has the aim of building new food supply chains (short, ethical and respectful of the environment), and willing to experiment with new forms of conviviality and participation that are hosted in ASK. ASK is a new space in Fonti for social refreshment, a multifunctional place for relationships and is permeated by cultural initiatives such as concerts, book presentations, meetings with authors, talks, tastings, workshops and laboratories, intercultural nights and linguistic tandems. ASk is the new space of Centro Fonti San Lorenzo and the activities are always colegated
