Presentation of the program
MULTI KULTI is a short-term group volunteering project in European Solidarity Corps, which is carried out in the POLITES Association in Szczecin, Poland. This is the 10th edition of activities that aim in developing and strengthening key competences and to show cultural diversity in Europe by organizing and conducting MULTI KULTI holiday activities among European volunteers, Polish children and youth staying in Szczecin. In addition, the project aims to promote the diversity of volunteering (through working with children and young people, in non-governmental organizations, actions and initiatives for local communities) and presenting it as a valuable and interesting way to spend free time. About the accommodation
You will live in rented flat with the access to kitchen, bathroom. Each month you will receive pocket money and food allowance money. Also, you will receive travel cost reimbursement as well as local transportation ticket to move around the city freely.
About the leisure
You will take part in workshops and meetings that will prepare you to organize and do summer workshops for young local people as well as in workshops about public speaking, comfort zone, key competences, team building, planning and organizing, developing soft skills and few more.
Requirements
The Participant profile: We are looking for 10 motivated, full of energy volunteers who would like to organize activities for kids and young people, work with local community, have creative approach towards all the tasks and possibilities.
