La Fédération Départementale des Maisons des Jeunes et de la Culture des Côtes d’Armor (FDMJC 22) est une association qui fédère 4 MJC locales. La FDMJC est associée à la Fédération Régionale des MJC (FRMJC), elle-même affiliée à la CMJCF. La FRMJC rassemble vingt-neuf MJC sur les départements du Finistère, de l’Ille et Vilaine, des Côtes d’Armor sur la région Bretagne et en Pays de Loire sur les départements de Loire Atlantique, Sarthe et Maine et Loire. Aujourd’hui, les deux réseaux historiques des MJC travaillent à une convergence, qui permettra la création unique d’un seul réseau des MJC au niveau national. Ce réseau de professionnel·les et bénévoles est une richesse et un appui pour l’équipe de la fédération. Les salarié·es de la FDMJC et de la FRMJC forment une seule et même équipe. L'équipe professionnelle est composée d’une directrice, d’un chargé de mission sur l’accompagnement des directions sur les Ressources Humaines, responsable de la formation DESJEPS, d’une coordinatrice de réseau et responsable d’une formation DEJEPS, d’une coordinatrice en charge de la jeunesse de l’animation de réseau, des outils pédagogiques et de la formation bénévole, d’une coordinatrice en charge de l’animation de réseau et de l’international, d’un animateur en alternance, d’une coordinatrice administrative, d’une responsable financière. À l’équipe de salarié·es, s’ajoute l'équipe bénévole composée des administrateur·rices des MJC. L’organigramme de la structure se trouve en pièce jointe. C’est dans ce cadre, que la FDMJC anime et coordonne le volet international avec les MJC bretonnes : sur l’organisation de séjours, d’échanges de jeunes, l’accueil et l’envoi de volontaires dans le cadre du Corps Européen de Solidarité et l’échange de pratiques professionnelles. Avec l’ensemble de l’équipe pédagogique, elle participe aussi à l’animation des collectifs des professionnel·les, animateur·rices , coordinateur·rices, directeur·rices et bénévoles du réseau des MJC.

Saint-Brieuc Armor Agglomération has an ambitious project for young people, in particular to promote local involvement and European citizenship. We work with local authorities (communes, Département, Region) and local youth and student players. We are looking to host a European volunteer to run educational activities focusing on young people's involvement in local life and on the EU (its values, institutions, cultures, mobility, etc.). These awareness-raising and exchange workshops will be aimed primarily at young people aged 16 to 25 and local students. Some activities may also be offered to younger people (aged 8-14), as well as to elected representatives and employees of local authorities and the Agglomération.

Tutors: Marie de Bizien, youth and student life innovation officer ; Julie Verré, European affairs officer. « Forward Studies, Territorial Strategy, Higher Education, Research and Innovation » Department. The volunteer will be based at Agglomération headquarters in the City centre of Saint-Brieuc. Shared-accommodation with other volunteers. Travel: flat-rate reimbursement (fixed mileage calculated according to the distance between the town of residence and Saint-Brieuc). Food compensations and pocket money. Local transport: bus card provided, an e-bike can be provided.

National welcome seminar (5 days) and national mid-term seminar (4 days). Regional seminar for European volunteers (3 days). Half a day (Wednesday morning) for French courses. Other possible training courses : - in-house training on various topics : IT/digital, how local authorities work, etc. - with youth sector partners (discovery of popular education, techniques for educating people about citizenship and international solidarity, discovery of European institutions, etc.). The volunteer will be able to carry out a personal project during the assignment

The Participant profile: Self-motivated, autonomous and creative A taste for organising awareness raising activities and workshops A taste for artistic and cultural activities Interest in the theme of democracy and European values An interest in the theme of public participation in planning and the evolution of towns and cities (theme of our erasmus + youth project) Oral fluency in French preferred or at least some grammar knowledge and the motivation to learn French.
