Presentation of the program

K is an association based in Numancia de la Sagra that has been developing projects for over 10 years to offer local youth more opportunities for personal growth. We are currently looking for 1 person to support the Communication area from our office. Main tasks include: Researching social media trends relevant to our audience Collecting content (images, videos) from youth spaces for later use Supporting presentation design and layout using Canva Organizing media mentions and press clippings Assisting in the creation of reels and other multimedia content Helping with event logistics (materials, setup, guest reception)

About the leisure

Volunteers receive initial training from the association upon arrival, where their tasks are explained, their schedule is shown, and the association’s rules are introduced. Throughout their volunteering period, there is the possibility to receive additional training. They also receive an on-arrival training and a mid-term evaluation provided by the program.

Requirements

The Participant profile: These tasks are ideal for someone with an interest in communication and social media, as well as basic skills in digital content creation. A suitable profile could be: A person with basic experience using graphic design and video editing tools, such as Canva or Capcut, with research skills and the ability to identify trends on social media, who also possesses organizational skills and the capacity to assist with event logistics. Additionally, it is very important that they are a creative and proactive person, willing to collaborate in creating multimedia content, comfortable appearing on social media, and who enjoys recreating current dances or trends. Likewise, they should be flexible and able to adapt to different tasks within the communication department. In summary, a profile that combines basic skills in digital communication, creativity, organization, and a willingness to learn and collaborate.
