CONTEXT AND PROBLEM: 

The neighborhoods face an increase in crime, affecting the peace and safety of their residents.
Recovering public space is essential to counter this issue and promote a safe and welcoming environment.

Reception and Welcome: Guide and assist attendees at strategic points.
Logistics and Setup: Support the installation of equipment, stages, and signage.
Artist Management: Assist musicians and dancers with their needs during the event.
Media and Promotion: Capture moments of the event and support social media activities.
Sustainability and Cleaning: Promote recycling and maintenance of the area.
Digital Marketing: Support the promotion of the festival on social media, content design, and digital strategies.
Promotion Strategies: Create advertising campaigns and coordinate actions to attract a larger audience.
Arts Education: Organize educational activities about salsa and its cultural impact.
Dance: Provide assistance in open salsa classes and performances.
