Présentation du programme
"Tėkmė" is a non governmental school that combine Waldorf education with innovative, forward-thinking methods, creating a nurturing environment where every child is seen as unique, with their own abilities, gifts, and potential. Volunteers role - help guide and inspire children to become the best version of themselves by participating in language, art, sport classes, organising after school activities, creating events and other exciting projects.
This is a great place to grow personally and professionally, be part of an amazing community, and spend meaningful months.
À propos de l'hébergement
Volunteers live in a cozy shared apartment in the heart of Ukmergė, living alongside three fellow volunteers. This shared living arrangement is a great opportunity to build friendships and create lasting memories.
Ukmergė is a charming, well-organized, and safe town, perfectly situated in the middle of Lithuania. Its small size makes it easy to navigate, while its rich in history and art, friendly and safe community, and offers plenty to explore.
Food and pocket money will be transferred monthly to volunteers bank account.

There will be On arrival training organised by Natonal Agency. Once a month we will have volunteers meeting with the coordinating organisaion to discuss the projects, any problems and some nice trips occasionally
Exigences
The Participant profile: We are looking for motivated, social. flexible person, who is interested to experience different aproach of teaching and discover, that school can be a great place where children feel happy, are free to create and are motivated to learn.
