À propos de l'organisme d'accueil local
Fundación Ramón Rey Ardid (FRRA) is a non-profit organization that was created in 1991 to attend the need of people affected by mental illness. After 30 years of experience, our organization has grown and increased its social presence, working with other collectives (older people, migrants, young people in difficulty, etc.). At this time, around 1,800 professionals and 150 volunteers and more than 8,500 people are served per year in the different areas of intervention.
The common denominator is vulnerability and social exclusion. We work for social and labor integration of groups at risk of exclusion developing different actions: training, awareness, leisure activities, etc.
In order to attain the above-mentioned goals, FRRA has established diverse agreements with official bodies and private institutions to develop assistance, prevention, rehabilitation, socio-professional integration and training activities.
Our mission is to develop activities for the attention, care and integration of vulnerable people, our vision is to be reference in design and provision of innovative programs and services to encourage the inclusion of vulnerable people and we have a unique and shared value, the ethics and responsibility of all our actions.
We work on different areas: mental health, elderly, integration and employment, training, social enterprises, volunteering and social tourism. Our mental health services are residence for psychiatric rehabilitation for people with severe mental illness, individualized therapeutic programs, supervised living facilities, social accompaniments programs, leisure and personal development through art and ICTs, labour integration programs (occupational centres), training programs and awareness programs. Ederly services: Support and personal care in residences and day care centres, home care program, psychosocial support to families, therapeutic and rehabilitation care, leisure for elderly, intergenerational activities, workshops for active ageing, training of caregiver. Integration and employment services: employment agency, comprehensive program to enhance employability and insertion, employment promotion, transnational projects, programs for migrants (empowerment, training, Spanish language courses, etc.), Programs to support basic needs (from social dining to employment), individualized itineraries. Training services: training courses and labor insertion, lifelong training of trainers, adult education, professional qualification programs, workshops, other vocational training activities (dependent care, introduction to computers, etc.). Our social enterprises are focused on disability and integration. Social tourism services arises from the will of providing leisure services and activities in natural environment to people with reduced mobility. Our volunteering services consist in Intervention with people with disabilities, elderly, youth, and people at risk of exclusion. There are some programs in which the volunteers can participate along the mobility: cognitive stimulation, accompaniment, leisure, therapeutic play, sports, training, support in the search of employment, etc Training and awareness (seminars and workshops) and exchange with volunteers from other European countries.
Fundación Ramón Rey Ardid has more than 20 years of experience in management of European co-funded by European programs such as: Horizon, Equal, Pegasus, Acre, Smart, Leonardo, Grundtvig, Youth in Action, Erasmus +, Creative Europe, etc. In addition, FRAA has developed cooperation actions with organizations in the Dominican Republic and Senegal in the field of mental health.
Our entity has Certification for the "Management of Funds and / or assets granted by Public Bodies and private entities", year 2001, according to process management, customer satisfaction and continuous improvement as proposed by the ISO-UNE-EN 9001: 2015 standard, Extension of the initial certification according to the ISO-UNE-EN 9001:2015 standard for "Management and delivery of occupational training. Management of day centres for the elderly. Actions of professional orientation for employment and comprehensive programs for the improvement of employability and insertion" and certification ISO 14001:2015 for all these activities, Certification for the "Management and delivery of training. Face-to-face courses taught in the training centres Rey Ardid (Zaragoza) and Rey Ardid (Barbastro -Huesca) and teletraining.", according to the UNE 93200:2008 standard.

Présentation du programme
The project "Eurosenibiliza2 in inclusion" takes place in Zaragoza (Aragon, Spain). The service takes place during 8 months and a half (November to June). The activities of the project are developed in 3 areas: Mental Health, Elderly and Training and Employment. All of them with the same aim: to increase the quality of life of the most vulnerable people in our society in a face-to-face way and supported with voluntary activities. In the mental health area, the Social Club and the Ocupational Therapy Center. In the area of elderly people, residences and day centres. The Training and Employment area they will participate in activities to improve the employability of people in risk of social exclusion and also working with youth and usesers from the mental health program in activities in a natural and outdoor enviroment.

You will be provided with accommodation: shared apartment with the other volunteers of the program. You will have pocket money and money for your meals, as the apartment has a kitchen. You will also be provided with a bus card to move around the city of Zaragoza.
À propos des loisirs
During your volunteering, you will have a Spanish course in addition to other training necessary for the development of your volunteer project.
Exigences
The Participant profile: We are looking for a volunteer who is interested in working with people in vulnerable situations in the three areas where the project is developed: Mental Health, Elderly and Training & Employment. Due to the characteristics of the users, it is important that the volunteer has a basic knowledge of Spanish. We need empathetic people, with patience and willing to learn. IT IS ESSENTIAL TO SEND A VIDEO PRESENTATION: Name, age, studies, labour and volunteer experience, motivation on the project, etc.
