The Participant profile: To support your experience and growth, the following training will be provided: Welcome training: Introduction to the local context, project goals, team-building activities, Youthpass Task-related training: Workshops on event planning, non-formal education tools, inclusive facilitation and space design Personal support: Ongoing mentoring and reflection sessions to help you grow personally and professionally Language activities

The project is implemented under the European Solidarity Corps Programme, financed by the European Commission.
The participating organisations have to be mindful of these needs as they are responsible for providing a respectful and trusting hosting environment.
