Join us in Palombaio for a transformative volunteer experience. Engage in agroforestry management, biofertilizer production, eco-building projects, and community workshops. Learn permaculture principles, soil composting, and sustainable living practices. Live simply in shared accommodation, enjoying organic vegetarian meals. Volunteers will stay in shared rooms on our farm in Palombaio, enjoying a simple, communal lifestyle. Meals are vegetarian, mostly organic, and prepared by volunteers and staff using local ingredients. We prioritize eco-friendly living, so bring biodegradable toiletries. Palombaio is well-connected via bus to Bitonto, from where you can reach Bari and other destinations by train. Join us and live sustainably at Associazione Regen ETS! Exigences

The Participant profile: We seek enthusiastic, eco-conscious individuals aged 18-30 from European countries who are eager to engage in sustainability and community living. Ideal candidates are motivated, open-minded, and passionate about issues like integration, legality, and ecology. English or Italian proficiency is required, along with a proactive, sociable, and creative attitude. Volunteers should have a strong ability to work in teams and a keen interest in agroforestry, permaculture, and regenerative agriculture. The project is implemented under the European Solidarity Corps Programme, financed by the European Commission.
The participating organisations have to be mindful of these needs as they are responsible for providing a respectful and trusting hosting environment. At the same time, the organisations participating in the initiative devote a great deal of time, energy and resources to set up a high-quality activity; they should therefore expect that European Solidarity Corps participants show a similar level of respect for the local communities and the people that are directly concerned by the activities (https://youth.europa.eu/solidarity/mission_en).
