Join us in Palombaio for a transformative volunteer experience. Engage in agroforestry management, biofertilizer production, eco-building projects, and community workshops. Volunteers will stay in shared rooms on our farm in Palombaio, enjoying a simple, communal lifestyle. Meals are vegetarian, mostly organic, and prepared by volunteers and staff using local ingredients. We prioritize eco-friendly living, so bring biodegradable toiletries. Palombaio is well-connected via bus to Bitonto, from where you can reach Bari and other destinations by train. Join us and live sustainably at Associazione Regen ETS!

Exigences
The Participant profile: We seek enthusiastic, eco-conscious individuals aged 18-30 from European countries who are eager to engage in sustainability and community living. Ideal candidates are motivated, open-minded, and passionate about issues like integration, legality, and ecology. English or Italian proficiency is required, along with a proactive, sociable, and creative attitude. Volunteers should have a strong ability to work in teams and a keen interest in agroforestry, permaculture, and regenerative agriculture.

The participating organisations have to be mindful of these needs as they are responsible for providing a respectful and trusting hosting environment. At the same time, the organisations participating in the initiative devote a great deal of time, energy and resources to set up a high-quality activity; they should therefore expect that European Solidarity Corps participants show a similar level of respect for the local communities and the people that are directly concerned by the activities (https://youth.europa.eu/solidarity/mission_en).
