Présentation du programme

MULTI KULTI is a short-term group volunteering project in European Solidarity Corps, which is carried out in the POLITES Association in Szczecin, Poland. This is the 10th edition of activities that aim in developing and strengthening key competences and to show cultural diversity in Europe by organizing and conducting MULTI KULTI holiday activities among European volunteers, Polish children and youth staying in Szczecin. In addition, the project aims to promote the diversity of volunteering (through working with children and young people, in non-governmental organizations, actions and initiatives for local communities) and presenting it as a valuable and interesting way to spend free time. À propos de l'hébergement

You will live in rented flat with the access to kitchen, bathroom. Each month you will receive pocket money and food allowance money. Also, you will receive travel cost reimbursement as well as local transportation ticket to move around the city freely.

À propos des loisirs

You will take part in workshops and meetings that will prepare you to organize and do summer workshops for young local people as well as in workshops about public speaking, comfort zone, key competences, team building, planning and organizing, developing soft skills and few more.

Exigences

The Participant profile: We are looking for 10 motivated, full of energy volunteers who would like to organize activities for kids and young people, work with local community, have creative approach towards all the tasks and possibilities. The project is implemented under the European Solidarity Corps Programme, financed by the European Commission.
The participating organisations have to be mindful of these needs as they are responsible for providing a respectful and trusting hosting environment. At the same time, the organisations participating in the initiative devote a great deal of time, energy and resources to set up a high-quality activity; they should therefore expect that European Solidarity Corps participants show a similar level of respect for the local communities and the people that are directly concerned by the activities (https://youth.europa.eu/solidarity/mission_en).
