Our Mission is to enhance the dreams of young people via motilities within the frame of European Youth Goals and European Youth Strategy from grasroot level to European level.
Our fields of work includes: youth work and volunteering, social inclusion, environment well being and protection, social entrepreneurship and social innovation, community development, empowering the recognition of youth work, facilitating young people'sparticipation in active citizenship.
System and Generation target groups are: Youth, people with disabilities, youth with fewer opportunities such as migrants or refugees
We aim at developing a Volunteer Development Centre in Ankara/Turkey with the following overall objectives:
- to contribute for developing a sustainable civil society dialogue between Turkey and EU CSOs.
- to create a mutual understanding of volunteering and promote it as a value for everyone.
- to create maintenance of a favorable environment for volunteers and voluntary activities.
- to adopt various approaches to mobilize and facilitate volunteering.
- to establish long term sustainable cooperation at local, regional and national levels between CSOs in Turkey and their
European counterparts on areas within the scope of the promotion and support to volunteers and volunteering in

Présentation du programme
VOLUNTEERING TEAMS WITH S&G 2025 (10.10.2025-10.11.2025) offers opportunities for volunteers to engage in diverse activities, including community interventions, office work, and project development. Volunteers gain hands-on experience in NGO operations, event preparation, social media management, and networking activities with organizations such as ALF, ENYC,PLATFORM Network, GLORE Network, Euclid Network and CEV. Volunteers may assist with office tasks such as printing, scanning, updating the webpage, and managing social media accounts, as well as designing the YouthTelegraph (our monthly youth magazine). They can also participate in organizing Conversation Clubs, community intervention activities such as Helping Hands for Refugees, Disabled Service Centres, Kindergartens, Schools and Environmental Involvements in 7Rs(Re-Think,Re-Use,Repair-Re-Gift,Reduce, Refuse and Recycle) and supporting S&G’s network initiatives via Community Interventions&Office Engagements.

Travel costs - Volunteer will receive the total amount of travel costs according to the program valid for 2024. The volunteer is obliged to keep all necessary original bills/receipts/invoices/ etc. from the travel and to submit them to the host/lead organization.
