Morocco’s friends foundation(MFF) is an association that was founded in 2015 by a group of young and enthusiastic Moroccan citizens with the goal of promoting cultural diversity of its members, and putting together the accumulated experience of each member into a set of activities that will benefit young people in different domains. The main goal of the association is to empower youth with the essential 21 century skills which will allow them to put their efforts together into creating sustainable Morocco. We also aim to insert in our targeted population the values of volunteering, social responsibility, environmental and cultural awareness in order to take measures towards positive social change. Morocco’s friends foundation (MFF) is a non-profit organization which operates both locally and internationally with the objective of building bridges between Morocco and the other countries all over world to promote cultural diversity and spread the values of peace and mutual understanding.

Présentation du programme

▶️ Volunteering Period: 30 Days (23/09/2025 - 23/10/2025) ▶️ Study Subject: Disasters ▶️ Place of Volunteering: Tiznit, Morocco The "You Future" project is an ESC team volunteering project supported by the European Commission. In each team, 08 young volunteers will participate in a 30-day volunteering program, receiving training on key topics such as disaster preparedness, climate change, post-disaster recovery, and community resilience. These trainings will be supported by various workshops, field visits, and group activities, fostering cooperation among volunteers. Volunteers will organize training sessions, events, and campaigns for local children, young people, and adults, sharing the knowledge they have gained with the community. À propos de l'hébergement

Volunteers will share an apartment in Tiznit with double rooms, bathrooms, and a shared kitchen. Accommodation will be provided by the Morocco's Friends Foundation coordination organization. You will live together with other ESC volunteers, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment throughout the project. The apartment will be equipped with kitchen utensils and internet access, allowing volunteers to meet their daily needs conveniently. The Participant profile: Volunteers participating in the program should have the following qualifications: Being culturally engaged, creative, active, and open-minded; Being team-oriented, responsible, and open to new experiences; Having sufficient English language skills to communicate effectively; Being solution-oriented, tolerant, organized, and compliant with organizational rules; Willing to volunteer in the community and take responsibility; Open to learning, training, and new experiences *Special Interests and Experiences* ; Knowledgeable or eager to learn about disaster preparedness and climate change.

The project is implemented under the European Solidarity Corps Programme, financed by the European Commission.
The participating organisations have to be mindful of these needs as they are responsible for providing a respectful and trusting hosting environment.
