Présentation du programme
6 months of volunteering starting on the 1st of August 2025, focused on exploring the world of Local and international Youth Work.
The volunteering will be divided into 2 parts:
1. 4 months in Krakow, focusing on work and support in our youth centers around the city, exercising local youth work, and organizing workshop and events for young people around the city.
2. 2 months in Rabka-zdroj supporting the work in our international center and taking part in our international mobilities in the field of Erasmus+ exploring international youth work.
the team will be composed of 9 volunteer sharing responsibilities in teams of 6 people in Krakow and 3 in Rabka, rotating to enjoy both realities and being able to fully tackle what it means to be a youth worker both as a profession and as an opportunity for self development
À propos de l'hébergement
Accommodation will be provided by the organization both in Krakow and in Rabka.
In Krakow the volunteers will share a flat with 3 rooms, a single a double and a triple one and plenty of common spaces.
In Rabka the volunteers will share a flat with 2 rooms, a single and a double.
Food and pocket money will be provided following Program standards (11 eur per day total), travel to Poland will be also reimbursed following travel regulation of ESC program depending on distance.
Furthermore the volunteers will be provided with public transportation tickets for the city of Krakow
À propos des loisirs
The volunteers will take part in the On arrival training organized by the national agency of Poland, as well as they will have access to OLS language course to learn the basics of Polish over the volunteering.
The start of the volunteering will be based on learning the basics of youth-work and provide the volunteers with all the needed tools and knowledge need to work with youth.
The months in Rabka zdroj will also be used to improve that knowledge providing volunteers with tailored workshops to expand on that knowledge.

The Participant profile: Motivated and proactive young people from 18 to 30 years old.
Volunteers who are interested in exploring youth work and learn about non formal education, while sharing about their own hobbies and passions by organizing workshops and events for young people

The project is implemented under the European Solidarity Corps Programme, financed by the European Commission.
