-Flexibility -Proactivity -Communicate with the leaders of the foundation Vision for Children -To assist with educational, social, and spiritual workshops and devotionals -To encourage, motivate, and interact with the girls -Get involved with daily team activities and be part of the lives of the girls -Be proactive and help in anything that is needed It is a residence where young teenagers and young adult girls are blessed to be in a home that is a Christ-centered environment. During the day the girls are at school from March to November. They have chores to do and also do homework during the week. Some work. On Wednesdays and Saturdays they help with the ministry at the House of Hope. On Saturdays they work alongside the ministry with social and educational workshops and on Wednesdays with the children’s ministry.

La Pintana neighborhood is one of the poorest and most vulnerable areas of Santiago. El Castillo is a ghetto community. There is a 30% of the youth that are 18 years old that do not finished highschool. Most kids suffer from domestic violence or live in orphanages because their parents cannot feed them or have judicial issues. Children are in much need of care and attention.
