Our partner is a school of Russian language for foreign students. The school was founded in summer of 2015 and has been successfully accepting summer school students for 5 years as well as during the school year. The process of teaching at the school is conducted by highly qualified teachers (native speakers) The school is developing intensively and there are some directions in its activity : Summer school (studying Russian + activity program) Internships (teaching, translation, media/filed research area) Courses during the school year Year around studying

The language immersion is created by three main aspects of the programme: -Accommodation in a Russian-speaking family -An Intensive Russian course -Various recreational and cultural activities The duration of the course is 4 weeks. Lessons take place from Monday to Friday and last 4 hours a day. The course comprises 100 ac.h. (1 ac.h. – 45 minutes). There are 8 students maximum in a group. The group is formed according to your level of Russian. At the end of the course the certificate of completion is issued.

Voronezh, the city where the programme takes place, is not cosmopolitan at all and a lot of Russian traditions are still preserved there. Still, it is a city with 1 mio inhabitants and it has a diverse cultural life. Voronezh hosts a number of exciting festivals (the main cultural event of the region – Platonov International Art Festival – will take place during the proposed study term). Participants of the language course can enjoy best theatre plays of Russia and the world, visit concerts of classics preformed by famous musicians, observe exhibitions of modern visual art and enjoy street performances
