The EDUQ association is a non-governmental organization founded in 2008. Its aim is to support the comprehensive development of children, adolescents and adults in the field of education, upbringing, non-formal education, career counseling, development of interests and leisure time management, equalizing educational opportunities, social and civic activation. The Association achieves its goals, among others by: - conducting educational and training activities - cooperation with organizations from other countries, - spreading the idea of local and European volunteering, - providing substantive and financial support to other non-governmental organizations and informal groups, - participation in regional, national and international projects based on informal education of young people and adults, - trainings, courses, counseling, international exchange programs, foreign volunteering programs and youth information at the Local Youth Information Point EURODESK In order to achieve the statutory objectives, the EDUQ Association has established and runs in a continuous and systematic manner the following organizational units and / or programs operating in accordance with the adopted standards * European Voluntary Service - hosting and sending volunteers abroad, under the accreditation of EVS organizations. * Foreign internships - organization of professional internships abroad as a host and intermediary organization (former Leonardo da Vinci) and sending as part of Erasmus + VET * International exchanges, training courses, seminars - organization and partnership in foreign projects; sending young people from the area of Lębork and the surrounding area, as well as all of Poland abroad .. * Center of non-governmental organizations and Information Center for supporting social economy - supporting other non-governmental organizations by providing them with advice in various areas, including setting up economic and social entities and financial support through the Social Accumulator Fund. * Local Volunteer Center - support for the organization of events for all institutions from the Lębork district, volunteering in institutions, implementation of volunteers' own initiatives (projects), organization of a volunteer gala and others. * Sub-regional European Information Point for young people EURODESK - informing young people about mobility opportunities in the EU, incl. through interactive lessons about European Voluntary Service, carried out by long-term volunteers hosted in our organization. * Social Integration Center - social and professional activation of people in the most difficult situation on the labor market, conducting professional workshops, professional and psychological counseling, social work * Local Activity Center: Senior Support Point, Family Support Point * Senior Club run as part of the Social Services Center (from 2020) - running stationary and mobile support for seniors from the Lębork district - workshop classes, rehabilitation, neurofeedback, care volunteering for seniors The EDUQ Association is a training institution entered into the Register of Training Institutions and the Register of Employment Agencies kept by the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy. We provide training activities and professional services in the field of career counseling and work training. The EDUQ Association is a dynamically developing organization which, during its twelve years of operation, has gone from a small organization operating on the basis of the Volunteer School Club at a secondary vocational school, to the largest non-governmental organization in the Lębork subregion, supporting youth, adults and seniors and other non-governmental organizations in the field of education, international cooperation and social and professional activation. The strengths of the Association include: - Ability to establish and maintain partnerships with various entities in the region and in Europe (national and foreign NGOs, networks of organizations, companies, public institutions, schools, local government units, and others) - Experience in working with a large number of diverse recipients (children, adolescents, adults, seniors, educational staff), in particular youth at risk of social exclusion and the unemployed. - Extensive experience in the implementation of international projects in the Youth in Action program (youth exchanges, youth initiatives, foreign volunteering, training), Grundtwig, Leonadro da Vinci, Erasmus +

As a volunteer in the kindergarten, you will assist teachers in organizing daily activities, help create a positive learning environment, and encourage children's creativity, curiosity, and social skills. Tasks of the volunteer: 1. Support teachers during daily educational and recreational activities; 2. Organize creative workshops, games, and arts & crafts activities; 3. Assist during outdoor activities, celebrations, and special events; 4. Encourage children's social interaction, communication, and teamwork 5. Help prepare educational materials and learning spaces; 6. Contribute to documenting activities through photos, videos, or reports; 7. Promote intercultural learning by sharing your culture and experiences with children;
-This project is part of the European Solidarity Corps (ESC) programme, which covers: -Accommodation: Provided in Lębork; -Food: Monthly allowance for meals; -Pocket money: Provided according to ESC rules; -Health insurance: Full coverage through Henner; -Local transportation: Covered for project-related activities.
The Participant profile: We are looking for a motivated, responsible, and enthusiastic young person who enjoys spending time with children and supporting their learning and development. The volunteer should be creative, patient, and open to working in a dynamic educational environment. Participant profile: -Interested in working with children and early childhood education; -Creative, energetic, and willing to organize engaging activities; -Open-minded and interested in intercultural learning; -No previous experience is required; motivation and willingness to learn & grow; -at least B1 English level;Deadline: 30/06/2026 00:00
