Portugal: ESC: Events Assistant - Promote Mobility!

ESN Portugal is looking for a motivated Events Assistant for the fall semester of 2026, starting around the 15th of September until 22nd February . This role is designed to provide support to the Vice President for Development, focusing on the seamless execution of national events and the analytical follow-up that drives our network forward.The volunteer will support the Vice President for Development in the following areas:Assisting in the coordination of venues, transport, and scheduling for national events.Liaising with local sections  to ensure all event requirements are met.Drafting comprehensive follow-up reports, analyzing participant feedback, and documenting according to network standarts.Managing event registrations and internal communication flows regarding developmental projects.

About the leisure activities

Housing: ESN Portugal will provide accommodation. Each volunteer will have an individual bedroom in a shared house with other volunteers.Stipend: A monthly stipend is provided to cover meals and local transportation.Pocket Money: Additional pocket money will be provided for personal expenses.Travel: All travel costs for your trip to Portugal and your eventual return home are fully covered.
