INPRO was established in 2014 in Rzeszow. It was funded by a group of international friends whose paths crossed during the implementation of shared initiatives. After being involved in activities in the third sector as well as being experienced as volunteers, coordinators of projects and managers of an organization, they finally decided to found their own association. The mission of the organization is to make people believe that international initiatives bring added value and progress to the development of a community. INPRO initiatives are generally dedicated to the personal development and education of young people from Podkarpackie province, as well as educators, teachers, activists, other NGOs representatives. The organization also provides activities for migrants living in the city as well as organizes open events for the local community in Rzeszów in general. At present, INPRO employs 3 full-time and 3 part-time employees. as well as it widely cooperates with a network of trainers and facilitators involved in ongoing projects. Also, it regularly hosts short-term and long-term volunteers within the European Solidarity Corps program. The organization runs its activities in its own facility located on the first floor of the west wing of the main train station in Rzeszow. The organization owns a multifunctional space of 350 m2 with a training room, 5 offices and the hostel. The hostel has 7 rooms for a maximum of 20 guests in total. We are a group of international friends whose paths crossed during the implementation of shared initiatives. After being involved in activities in the third sector as well as being experienced as volunteers, coordinators of projects, and managers of an organization, we finally decided to found our own association. We strongly believe that the success of our work is rooted in our international team. Working on different projects has also strengthened our conviction that cultural diversity significantly shapes our attitudes and changes our perspectives of the local community. Our mission is to make people believe that international initiatives bring added value and progress to the development of a community. Our initiatives are generally dedicated to the personal development and education of young people from the Rzeszów and Podkarpackie provinces. We strive to promote activities and workshops designed to attract people, not only of different cultural backgrounds but also of different origins, ages as well as opinions, and beliefs. Through our activities, we aim to provide qualitative non-formal education programs, create an international environment as well as cultivate the character of individuals. We open up for dialog on current local, national, and global issues. Our association is also dedicated to fomenting an interaction between the internationals living in the city and with the local community. Site web http://www.goinpro.org

Join us at CoLibre Democratic School in Rzeszów, the largest city in southeastern Poland, for an international volunteering project bringing together 2 people from different countries. Together, we will work on educational, creative, intercultural and organisational tasks within a small, family-like school community. The project is a chance to gain hands-on experience in working with children, communication and intercultural cooperation. The activity dates are fixed: 14.09.2026–22.12.2026. These dates are not negotiable. Staying in Poland a few days before and/or after the project may be possible only at the participant's own cost. Apply as soon as possible. Recruitment is ongoing and places may be filled before the official deadline. You can find all the necessary information in the infopack -> INFOPACK

This project is a partnership between INPRO (Coordinating Organisation – accommodation, selection & administration) and CoLibre Foundation (Hosting Organisation – activities). Volunteers will stay in a shared flat accommodating 6 people, with the remaining rooms occupied by other volunteers; rooms are shared by same-gender volunteers, with a shared kitchen and bathroom. Each volunteer receives 12 EUR/day for food and pocket money. Travel costs are reimbursed up to applicable limits based on distance and transport.

At the beginning of the project, volunteers will take part in an introduction to CoLibre, the city of Rzeszów, the aims of the project and the European Solidarity Corps. They will receive practical preparation related to working with children, communication, workshop facilitation and activities with the local community. Throughout the project, volunteers will be supported by a mentor and the team. The project will also include space for intercultural learning, reflection and evaluation. You can read more about CoLibre and the planned activities in the infopack.
