Croatia: ESC: VolunteerIKS ST 2026

Presentation of the programme

As a Volunteer IKS, you will be a crucial part of the efforts led by Association IKS to alleviate the earthquake's consequences and the continuing pandemic's impact in Petrinja and Sisak-Moslavina County. We are actively involved in various initiatives, and we need your help to rebuild lives and communities in earthquake-stricken Petrinja and beyond. Our diverse team tackles poverty, social exclusion, and pandemic challenges through volunteering. You would work at the local and regional level with various marginalized groups (blind and visually impaired, mentally ill adults, youth and adults with disabilities, seniors, local youth and children). You will organize workshops, sports, creative sessions, and cultural exchanges. Part of your role is promoting solidarity, inclusion, and diversity. Reconnect communities and support us and the local partners in raising the quality of life for vulnerable community groups. Learn and grow alongside experienced mentors.
