About the local hosting organization

Association “Step forward” is a social enterprise by the EU reglementation № 1296/2013 by the European Parliament and the Council from 11th December 2013 regarding the EU’s Employment and social innovation program. The main aim of the Association is the achievement of measurable, positive social impact through the online platform “Uspelite”. “Uspelite” is a property of the association throughout which we are aiming to our main objective which is the achievement of measurable positive social impact; to attain positive social influence and generation of social recoverability via improving the quality of life of the representatives vulnerable groups engaged in the enterprise- it provides a income, social environment and the possibility for gaining knowledge, skills and experience; to motivate young people; the coming generations and the people in active age towards the entrepreneurship and critical thinking; to popularize the tourism and the cultural-historical heritage of Bulgaria; to stimulate the multicultural dialogue and exchange of ideas between people from different countries; to help the development of citizen consciousness in the young generation; to work with people in disadvantaged situation; to educate the young generation in the spirit of ethical and religious tolerance; to work towards the creation of habits of active sport and healthy way of living among the young people.

Presentation of the programme

With participation in the project, we strive to raise young peopleꞌs information and interest, for more opportunities and prospects of Bulgarian media life and participation in positive journalism. With the involvement of volunteers, we develop solidarity and active participation in our activities with socially significant character. The selected participants are going to be in real media life at www.uspelite.bg , they will participate in realization in different campaigns and events, and are going to provide other materials - articles, interviews studies, and others. By providing professional support and mentoring, for 6 months, participants will have the opportunity to gain experience and learn professional knowledge and skills in the field of media and communication, which will give them a wide opportunity for professional development and realization.

About the accomodation

The participants will be provided with accommodation, food, pocket money, and transport. 

About the leisure activities

• Reading comprehension, summarizing, and evaluating news and interviews. • Create informative visuals, based on the content of the articles on: www.uspelite.bg • Create a weekly media report and schedule of the content on the social media channels. • Publishing the content on the page: www.uspelite.bg in social media, and creating the informational article for every content. • Generate the ideas for the article titles in the social media channels. • Promotion of the program of the European Solidarity Corps program and other opportunities for young people.

Requirements

The Participant profile: We are looking for 4 Ukrainians with knowledge of the Bulgarian and English languages, for 6 month's mobility.Deadline: 05/11/2026 23:59
