We are a community-based tourism organization near Parque Nacional Natural Los Farallones de Cali that promotes respectful interaction with nature, protects ecosystems, and honors local and ancestral communities. Our work helps conserve an important forest area and its water sources, which are home to more than 100 bird species and over 50 species of mammals such as monkeys and sloths. We focus on building environmental awareness through activities like meditation, agroecology, and focus groups with women. Our mission is to safeguard the natural ecosystem while supporting local livelihoods and fostering a deeper connection between people and the forest.
Tasks may vary depending on the volunteer’s interests. Volunteers may: Present or help lead activities for visitors, such as the coffee experience, beehive tours, meditation sessions, and more Assist in the vegetable garden or coffee plantation Support bioconstruction work Care for animals, mainly chickens Cook occasionally for the project staff
Volunteers will live in the project
Valle de Cauca (45 minutes from Cali) Cali, the capital of Valle del Cauca, combines contemporary achievements and traditional neighborhoods where churches, museums and theaters, now declared national monuments, are still kept
We welcome biologists, environmentalists, artists, graduates, and young people passionate about environmental issues and nature conservation. Ideal volunteers enjoy working with the community on agroecology and/or have skills in social media management and digital marketing strategies.
