About the local hosting organization
Kindergruppe Goldkrümel's main aims are intercultural collaboration with children and getting to know the work processes involved in a children’s group.
The children's group operates on a space of 100 m2. It is divided in two main rooms, one kitchen, sanitary facilities and one cloakroom.
Presentation of the programme
Some of the voluunteer's tasks include:
- Being involved in daily life of organisation (children’s group is open from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.)
- Supporting the pedagogical team in daily business
- Supporting the children in their playtime or different individual projects
- Supporting meal preparations, tidying up, and participating in team meetings
Local accommodation
The volunteer will live with a host family.
About the project location
Vienna, Austria’s capital, lies in the country’s east on the Danube River. Its artistic and intellectual legacy was shaped by residents including Mozart, Beethoven and Sigmund Freud. The city is also known for its Imperial palaces, including Schönbrunn, the Habsburgs’ summer residence.

Steps (1-4 months): 450€ first four weeks, every further week 50€
Long Term 6 months: 3.100,00 €
Long Term 12 months: 4.200,00 €
