The CEC informs you about your rights as an air passenger in the event of a flight delay, cancellation, baggage problem or overbooking. Please check what your rights are in the event of a flight delay, cancellation or overbooking. In some cases, you have the right to claim compensation from the airline. Our tips

SVI has negotiated prices with several online travel agencies that are often interesting for our volunteers. These agencies are Air France and Key-Travel, who offer special prices for our volunteers. We encourage you to ask your coordinator for a flight quote. You can also contact them, indicating that you are an SVI volunteer.

Before buying your ticket, don’t forget to take the Miles-and-more loyalty card (free), which gives you discounts on some airlines.

When to go?

If you can be flexible with your departure and arrival dates, leaving or returning a few days earlier or later can have a big influence on the price of your ticket.
