La Víbria Intercultural was founded in 2003 with the mission of promoting values of diversity and interculturality among the young people and society in general. Through experiences of international mobility and sociocultural initiatives based on non-formal education. In addition, we organize workshops in schools and youth centers in collaboration with regional organizations throughout Catalonia. We are active in various actions of Erasmus + and the European Solidarity Corps welcoming and sending European volunteers, participating and organizing training courses, youth exchanges and awareness campaigns on different issues that affect our youth. Locally we organize creative workshops, debates, cineforums and we have a group of active young people who participate in up the Vibrialab, where they share concerns and develop concrete actions to help improving local community and society in general. Our target groups are young people from 13 to 35 years old. We always pay special attention to young people with less opportunities, be they social obstacles, economic difficulties, cultural differences or disability. Since 2017, La Víbria has also participated in the TLN Mobility program to offer internship opportunities aborad to youth in NEET situation.
